Repair Kit Discontinued. Buy any generic fiberglass kit that uses EPOXY resin. Do not use Polyester resin on a Snark. The resin is one of the liquid ingredients. It must be epoxy type. |

Just a note to let you know I just spent a very enjoyable weekend sailing our Super Snark with the new spar set we ordered earlier this month. Set up went very smoothly, thanks to the excellent set of instructions you supplied. The pictures were especially helpful.
I found your spar set to be far superior to the original tubing and fittings that were on our Snark. That mast slide sure instills confidence compared to the flimsly fitting on the original.

I recently purchased a stabilizer system for my boat from Sailboats To Go and it has made my sailing experiences more pleasurable as I don't have to worry about shifting from side to side anymore to prevent capsizing...

Snark mast cap, (above) now used on both the Sunflower and the Super Snark. It fits over the top of the mast and the halyard (rope that raises and lowers the sail) goes through the small horizontal hole. As an alternative to the mast cap, we offer a mast extension that has a stainless steel eye for the halyard and raises the sail 6 inches higher, to give you more headroom under the boom when coming about or jibing and more clearance between the boom and the water when the boat is heeling over.
