The Fast Track line is very popular because of the inflatable fin up front, that helps paddlers track straight and because of the very streamlined hull shape. If you want a smaller Fast Track, we also offer the 385ft. Also consider the Sea Eagle Explorer kayaks with our sail kit. We think the Sea Eagle Explorer kayaks paddle just fine and we like the fatter side tubes the Explorer kayaks have, because the fatter side tubes deflect splash better and are more comfortable for sitting on, which we sometimes do when sailing.

UPGRADES TO CONSIDER:
You can upgrade (a) the sail kit version, or (b) the kayak package, or both. To upgrade the sail kit, put this item in your shopping cart first, then add upgrades and accessories to it using the links below. You can upgrade several aspects of the sail kit in one fell swoop by choosing one of our upgrade packages (Deluxe or Super Deluxe). Or you can upgrade one item at a time by choosing individual items.

To upgrade the Sea Eagle kayak package to "Pro" or "Pro carbon" just put a note asking us to do that in the order comments space when you check out. We will add the appropriate charge for that to your credit card account. Details on what these kayak package upgrades give you and what they cost are below.

SAIL KIT UPGRADES
The sail kit included is a complete sail kit with a 45 square foot nylon sail. You can upgrade to our Deluxe or Super Deluxe packages. The Deluxe sail kit package substitutes in a 55 square foot nylon sail and a heavy duty mast, and adds a carry bag for the sail kit, and a smartphone drybag. The Super Deluxe kit includes all this PLUS it substitutes in a Neil Pryde International Dacron sail and polycarbonate unbreakable leeboards. Compare upgrades.

KAYAK PACKAGE UPGRADES
The kayak package included is what sea Eagle calls the "Deluxe" package, it's their base model. For $100 you can upgrade to the Pro package or for $400 to the Pro-Carbon 3 person package. The Pro package gets you better seats, better paddles, and adds stow bags for your gear. The Pro-Carbon package further upgrades the paddles to carbon fiber paddles and adds a seat and paddle for a third person.
